START HERE
Hello, my loves.
Welcome to this two week challenge all about coming home to yourself.
Home is often labeled as a place we live or a home reside, or even a person that we are with; but really, your home is within you. You are the one that goes to work, school, events, cities and more, all within the home of your mind and body. We must feel at home here first before we will ever feel at home with ourselves.
Over the next 14 days, I want to invite you into something deeper. Not just a challenge—but a return.A return to you.
Not the you that’s hustling to keep up. Not the you that’s checking boxes. The real you—the one underneath the noise. The one who knows what she needs. The one who craves stillness, strength, nourishment, and breath.
These moments
This challenge is called “Coming Home to Yourself” because that’s exactly what we’re doing—through intentional movement, grounding meditation, and deeply nourishing food. We use these tools to center back in to ourselves, wherever or whenever you are.
Every day, you’ll receive:
A simple, grounding breakfast recipe and recipe list designed to stabilize blood sugar, supply your body with nutrients, and support your nervous system.
A short, soothing meditation to bring you back to your breath and your body.
A gentle but powerful workout (think Pilates, yoga, mindful movement) to reawaken your strength and reconnect with your core—physically and emotionally.
No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to show up—and let that be enough.
This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.
All you have to do is click the PDF below and save it to your computer. From here, you can simply open your laptop, click the link for each day, and flow. If you’re a person who wants to print the calendar off and check it off manually (that is me), then feel free to print it and click on the day of the challenge you are in . Your grocery list for each week is also linked below.
Please integrate these recipes, meditations, and classes into your own schedule, but preferably in the morning if you can to really set the tone for your day. At the end of the two weeks, I promise you that taking the time to move each day, to center into stillness, and give yourself a nourishing breakfast, your body and mind will feel more at ease — and you’ll start to feel so much more at home in yourself without the stress or need of validation for others to fill these self care boxes.
Thank you so much for taking the time to come home to you. I am here in your corner, always.
See you on the mat. 🤎🤎🤎
