Balance is something that we all could work on and something that is so neglected in the practice of longevity. We want to be able to stand firmly on our feet without thinking that we will fall. The thing is with balance is that to get better at it, you have to REALLY work on it and do it at least a few times a week! This flow helps to break down the fundamentals of balance and incorporate some standing balance postures that can help you become more balanced in your daily life with tasks and on the mat with yoga! Do this a few times a week if improving your balance is a goal that you have and I PROMISE you’ll see a difference. 👏
