I’ve worked out for years, and as a doctor of physical therapy, I know the muscles well and exactly what I want to work. This is a workout that I do regularly to keep my arms tone. It doesn’t take much time at all and it is the BEST energy shift and gets the blood pumping around your heart. I’m so glad you decided to join me 💪👊 Strong is beautiful.

Equipment needed: 2 lb. weights, or small weights of your choice.
