For me personally, it’s sometimes hard to get out of my own head and release my perfectionism. Something that always gets me out of my head is TAKING action and just moving my body up and down the mat, and afterwards I’m always so proud that I showed up even when I had resistance. This flow is EXACTLY that. When we embrace the imperfection of life and show up anyways, it carries over into EVERY action you take. Movement is medicine and mood follows action. This one moves quickly but is for all levels and you need no weight at all. I hope you enjoy. 🫶🏻
