Pumpkin Almond Milk Latte

Due to a few requests, this Instagram reel latte I made is now up my website! I made this latte in an attempt appreciate a pumpkin drink in October, which I don’t typically go for, but this is a good recipe is minimal, easy to make at home, and brought plenty of pumpkin flavor while not the typical processed pumpkin spice, which is important to me.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic brewed black coffee

  • 1/2 cup organic, unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon organic honey

  • 2 tablespoons organic pumpkin puree

  • 1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon almond butter (the smoother the better)

Recipe:

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth (about 1 minute or so) and pour over ice.

  • Enjoy immediately, preferably while spending time with friends or listening to your favorite type of music or favorite artist. :) Any fall acoustic indie playlist is also perfect while enjoying this latte. Whatever you listen to or whomever you talk to, just be present!
