About Bethany:

I started my brand as arkyogagirl, where I created an Instagram platform for sharing online yoga, smoothie bowls, and inspiration in her daily life. Evolving into more, Bethany Davis Wellness was born as an evolution to encompass all parts of my lifestyle, from mental to physical well-being, healthy recipes, and so much more. I’ve been a yoga teacher for 7+ years and also have doctorate in physical therapy, so I know movement. I’ve also more recently taken a deep dive into pilates and found a newfound love for it. I’m such a wellness/nutrition junkie. I know that food, movement, mindfulness, and community are the best medicine, and I’m here to share that with you.

For years I had a pretty horrible relationship with myself. I talked bad to myself, put myself down, and chose to seek validation externally, which led to me truly not be happy. With tons of work (still working) I have changed on my relationship to myself; one yoga class, one meditation, one strength workout, one walk at at time. I just kept showing up for me, and eventually, I found myself and what I love. I’m here to share that with you, too, so that YOU can take these small, actionable changes in transforming your mind, body, and your relationship to yourself.

As a medical student who is passionate about wellness and treating patients holistically, I truly believe meditation helps us connect with ourselves on a deeper level. Meet Taylor: Strength Leader

Thank you for being here! A bit about me,I was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR and still reside here today. I have worked as a registered nurse for 5 years and currently work in the ICU. I am also a yoga instructor at a local studio. My love for fitness started in high school playing sports and carried into my college athletic career. In addition to yoga and the gym, my other hobbies include anything outdoors: fishing, hiking, camping, canoeing!! That love continued to grow when I went to nursing school and learned about the physical and mental benefits of movement and diet. From yoga and pilates to CrossFit and prepping for a figure show, I’ve come to learn that one size does not fit all when it comes to wellness. My passion is to educate people on the diversity of exercise and how to make it fun and accessible no matter where you are in your journey, and I’m glad I get to that here, too.
