Happy Thanksgiving!! This week I’ve created a 20 minute flow for you all to help promote digestion after the Thanksgiving holiday. Of course, you can use it at any time, but together we’ll move through a light, gentle flow with twists, standing poses, and hip flexor stretches. This will help to move food through the body and also get into a 'rest and digest' state.
