Chaturanga (sometimes even a hard word to pronounce!) is one of the key poses in a vinyasa flow, but also one of the most challenging, and done wrong, can lead to injury overtime. As a physical therapist, here’s how I break it down to my students in the most simple way so that they (and you) can flow through your yoga flow actually focused on your intention and not worried about if you’re doing the posture right for your body. I hope this helps to simplify things and helps you to feel stronger and more confident on your mat at home in a yoga class. 🫶🏻
