My arms are one of my FAVORITE areas to work out! I’ve found that for me, light weights and higher reps work best for me in toning my arms, and from what I’ve seen with patients, often lead to less injury (yes, please!). Join me for this QUICK and effective arm workout that I do at least 2x/week to keep my arms tone like I want them.
