20 Min POWER Strength Workout
I am SO excited to announce the first ever BDW creator! I have over 50+ meditations, pilates workouts, yoga classes, and now strength classes on my website with Taylor Gray, a dear friend, yoga teacher, nurse, occupational therapist assistant, and soon to be nurse practitioner. I swear she does it all! She is an overall baddie in the gym and now you can workout with her, and myself, in the comfort of your own home. I could not be more excited! This is the first of many videos focused on strength, but also being short and sweet.
You can use 5lb., 10lb., or no weight at all. This one will get your heart rate up and and work every part of your body. We hope you enjoy. 🤎
