Sculpt your arms in just TEN MINUTES with this quick Pilates-inspired upper body series! This is day 1/5 of our 10 minutes a day workout challenge. It’s quick, effective, and fiery. I’m using 3 lb weights to add a little spice, but feel free to go bodyweight or level up depending on your strength. Use to tone, lean, and create definition in your arms with no time needed at all. 💪
