15 Min Self Love Meditation
To end this self-love challenge, please USE and practice this self-love meditation focused on seeing yourself and once again finding joy in who you are now, all that you are, and what you will become in the beautiful evolution of you. We rewire our neural pathways by feeling joy and being present at the same time, as well as calm the nervous system with the breath. While it can be SO hard to love ourselves (trust me, I know!) it CAN be done and will bring so much more peace and joy in your day to day life. I hope this inspires you to make CHANGE and to not only accept yourself, but to show yourself love in all phases of live.
