26 Min Yoga Flow with 1# Weights

Inspired by a flow that I did one morning, I quickly hopped on my mat in front of the tripod to share it with you all! This flow is quick, effective, and involves some strength and stretching. I like to squeeze it all in the shortest time I can, and it just helps my overall mood for the day or shifts my energy when I need to. You’ll need 1# weights or just use what you have (heavier or none at all) and I promise you’ll not only see results, but you’ll feel better and stronger. 🖤 💪 It doesn’t take long at all, but taking this time for yourself leads to those big changes. ✨
