28 Min Full Body Pilates with Light Arms

This is an effective, fiery, and activating FULL body pilates flow with a small added arm series. You can use 1# ankle weights or simply your own body weight, but this is a great one to add to your morning or mid-day routine. 

Equipment used but not required: 1# ankle weights
