A BIG shoutout to Go Pilates Jonesboro for letting me use their private pilates studio for this flow and a continuous series of classes. 🤎

This class focuses on the upper body, lower body, and core. We hit a little bit of everything and it's so damn effective. It's also short, so you can squeeze this in at the end of a work day or to start off your day feeling strong, aligned, and centered. I used 5 lb weights and 1 lb ankle weights, but you don't need any weight at all to feel the effects. 💪🏼

We also set intentions for our practice, the day, and life. Taking deep breaths no matter what time of the day it is will transform your mood. We and take some of those deep breaths together in this practice.

Equipment needed: 5 lb. weights and 1 lb. ankle weights.
