Bethany Chu is a combination of writing, recipes, and an online workout studio with multiple teachers. Founded by Bethany Chu, this site is a compilation of wellness according to Bethany, and all of the things that she loves.
In the online studio youβll find over 100 online yoga classes for all levels, guided meditations, strength classes, and mat pilates workouts that you can do wherever you are. The Online Studio is designed to be an on-the-go digital wellness space to help you strengthen, move, relax and reset in your daily life at the gym or at home.
With a $5 studio membership, you get access to these online classes! Designed by Bethany, a doctor of physical therapy, and you can also workout with other qualified teachers. This online studio allows you to move and meditate on your own schedule, whether that be morning, evening, while youβre traveling, or on a break from work.
You can also find over 200 plant based recipes, wellness products links, and self-improvement blogs to help inspire and expand your life.
