40 Min Gratitude Pilates + Meditation

Thanksgiving is a time to show gratitude for the things that you have in your life, including your body and your mental health. While the holidays can be stressful for many people, stretching and strengthening your body can make SUCH a difference in how you show up this holiday season. This flow is a combo of 15 mins of upper body pilates, 10 minutes of stretching, and a 12 minute meditation. It’s the best of all of it and is the PERFECT flow to recenter in your mind, body, and soul, whenever you need it. I used 4# weights, but feel free to use what you have!
