12 Min Standing Kitchen Workout

This one is raw and about as real as it gets. Sometimes I don’t have the time to squeeze in a full workout and I am making coffee and feeding the dogs, so I’ll just do a few reps of exercises and it really just works to shift my mood. A few reps of exercise likely leads to a few more, but I work the main muscle groups and I don’t even have to roll out my mat. Of course, you don’t have to be in your kitchen, but you can join me for this short standing series anywhere: outside, in the office, at the park on a walk, or wherever. I hope you can join me in this one regularly just to squeeze in that little mood booster that we sometimes all need. 💪
